Returns, Exchanges & Pre-Orders

At Daily Luxury, we carefully curate every fragrance we offer and want you to love your purchase as much as we do. If there is an issue with your order, we’ll always do our best to assist.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must:

* Be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging
* Have all seals intact
* Be returned within 7 days of delivery or collection
* Be accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Request a Return

If you would like to return an item, please contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order number and reason for the return request.

Once approved, we will provide you with the necessary return instructions.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Due to the nature of fragrance products, we are unable to accept returns on:

* Opened or used perfumes
* Products with damaged or removed seals
* Sale or clearance items
* Gift cards
* Samples, testers, or complimentary gifts

Exchanges

Eligible products may be exchanged for another item.

* If the new item is of a higher value, the difference will be payable.
* If the new item is of a lower value, the balance will be issued as store credit for future use.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will:

* Be processed via the original payment method
* Exclude original shipping charges
* Be completed within 5 business days of approval

Please note that banking institutions may require additional processing time before the funds reflect in your account.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

We take great care when packing every order. However, if you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To assist us in resolving the issue quickly, please include:

* Your order number
* Clear photographs of the item and packaging

We will work with you to find the best possible solution.

Pre-Order Policy

Certain fragrances may be offered on a pre-order basis due to limited availability or high demand.

How Pre-Orders Work

When you place a pre-order, you reserve stock from an incoming shipment before it arrives.

This allows you to secure sought-after fragrances that may sell out quickly once released.

Estimated Arrival Times

Most pre-order fragrances arrive within approximately 2–4 weeks, although timeframes may vary depending on supplier schedules, customs clearance, and courier services.

As soon as your order is dispatched, tracking information will be sent to you.

Mixed Orders

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may choose to:

* Dispatch available items immediately and send the remaining items later, or
* Hold the order until all items are available for shipment

Pre-Order Cancellations

Because stock is reserved specifically for each customer, pre-orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

Pre-orders are only eligible for a refund if Daily Luxury is unable to fulfil the order.

Pricing & Promotions

From time to time, we may offer promotional pricing or special offers.

Please note:

* Promotions apply only during the advertised period
* Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively
* Prices may vary between different stock arrivals and promotional campaigns
