At Daily Luxury, we understand how exciting it is to receive a new fragrance. We strive to process and deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible.

Shipping Rates

Standard Delivery

* Flat rate shipping: R100 nationwide
* Free shipping on orders over R2,000
* Estimated delivery time: 2–7 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier schedules, and peak periods.

Order Processing

* Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days
* Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day
* During promotions, launches, or peak shopping periods, processing times may be slightly longer

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email or SMS.

Delivery Areas

Daily Luxury currently delivers throughout South Africa.

At this stage, we do not offer international shipping.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your parcel leaves our premises, you will receive a tracking number which can be used to monitor your delivery progress through the courier’s website.

If you experience any issues with tracking, please contact us and we’ll gladly assist.

Delivery Information

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are accurate when placing your order.

To avoid delays:

* Provide a complete delivery address
* Include a valid contact number
* Ensure someone is available to receive the parcel during business hours

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier may contact you to arrange a second delivery attempt or collection.

Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Orders

If your parcel arrives damaged, incomplete, or you receive the incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

* Your order number
* Clear photographs of the parcel and contents
* A description of the issue

We will investigate and work towards a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.

Lost Parcels

In the unlikely event that a parcel is lost in transit, Daily Luxury will open an investigation with the courier company.

Please note that investigation timelines are determined by the courier and may take several business days to complete.

Pre-Order Deliveries

Products marked as Pre-Order are not immediately available for dispatch.

Estimated arrival times for pre-order items are generally 2–4 weeks, although delays may occasionally occur due to supplier, customs, or courier factors beyond our control.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may choose to ship them separately.

Daily Luxury reserves the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time. Any changes will be published on this page and will take effect immediately upon publication.
